“Not only is the reader privy to the thoughts and emotions of the heroine, the hero and his son, but the villain’s thoughts are also heard. A nice page-turner with a quite satisfying finale.”–RT Book Reviews

“It is only through the grace of God and His lessons on forgiveness that Woody, Lillian, and Jimmy can rise above their situation and move on. Beyond the Silence is a story rife with intrigue, faith, and family.”–CBA Retailers + Resources

My thoughts:
Tracie Peterson has been one of my favorite authors for quite a while. Teaming up with Kimberley Woodhouse didn’t detract from the quality of the writing in the least.
This story was not only well written but it had many elements included such as suspense, mystery, and romance. The characters were believable and varied. There were some deep issues involved in the story, such as prejudice and gossip.
Overall I enjoyed the story even though it was a bit predictable.
I would give it a four out of five stars.
Bethany House publishers gave me a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
